There are a few option for getting around Perth, which one you choose dpepends on one thing, Money. Walk - Great when your in there. You can take your time and take everything in and more times than not, the weather will be perfect for it. But unless your in training for the Iron Man contest, its just not possible to walk from the suburbs to Perth. Taxi - Fast, comfortable and relaxing but unless your only travelling up the road or going with a group of friends, it will work out a little expensive. Trains - Now this is a damn good option. Trains run past most suburbs with a wait of only about 15 min (excluding late night). The cheapest way to get around on the train is buy an All day ticket. This ticket will let you use all Public transport, including Faries, Buses and of course Trains, all day from 9am on wards. Buses - Again a very cheap and enjoyable ride, Just find a little Orange post with a bus on it, wait for 10 min and then ask the friendly bus driver for bus information. Once in perth look out for the CAT (Central Area Transit) buses the are colour coded and very 'user friendly'. These buses are free and will take you all over Perth.
